This website
This site is run by Fency Builders Inc. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Guides are general information
Our guides explain how building work usually goes in Los Angeles. They are not legal or engineering advice for your property. Permit rules, codes and fees change, and each city and the county set their own. Check with the permit office for your address, or ask us during the site visit.
Estimates
Nothing on this site is a price or an offer. We prepare an estimate after we visit the property and see the job. The contract we sign with you sets the work, the price and the schedule.
Photos
The photos on this site are from jobs we built. Some details, such as house numbers, are blurred, and locations are not shown. Please do not copy the photos without asking.
Links to other sites
We link to places like Google, Yelp and city permit pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say.
